In October of 2019, Abacus kicked off a comprehensive ad campaign for XQ with a monthly budget of 150k. The campaign was focused on targeting school board members, school administrators, and potential students for these schools.
Multi-Channel Acquisition Funnel
We built out a full funnel across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and Pinterest.
Facebook and Instagram was used to drive top-of-funnel traffic to qualify the leads.
We then retargetted the users based off of the stage they were when they left the website.
This lead to a CPL of $0.50
XQ CONCERT TICKET SALES
XQ hosts multiple events a year that needs to be sold out.
We sold out 10 different city concerts across in the US in under a week.
The cost per converted lead was $6/ticket, leading to an actualized ROAS of 12x.
XQ had just launched their most recent newsletter and was looking to grow subscribers.
We used our FB lead gen ads to acquire individuals at $0.50 each.
These units were proven to be successful at scale as we were able to grow the newsletter at a consistent $5,000 users / week while keeping open rates constant.
